Hello, I’m Jeannie

 I’ve spent my career delivering ambitious business strategies with outstanding marketing and communications at their core, building a broad range of specialisms. I’ve worked at the heart of global multinationals and challenger brands, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities.

While my roots lie in marketing and communications, my career has evolved to encompass broader transformation and strategic leadership, giving me a unique perspective as an executive team member, a B2B marketing expert and a hands-on change driver.

Most recently before becoming a consultant, I served as Global Marketing Director at LRQA, a leader in ESG assurance services, where I helped guide the organisation through private equity acquisition, parent company separation, and business model reinvention. I co-authored LRQA’s five-year growth strategy, helped redesign its global operating model, and led initiatives across M&A, divestment, organisational design, and culture-building. I also mentored senior leaders into executive pathways and launched a marketing talent and development programme.

Prior to LRQA, I held senior marketing roles with Virgin Media Business and Vodafone Global Enterprise; I also founded a marketing agency in Beijing. My international experience includes living and working in China and Tanzania, enriching my global perspective and cultural fluency.

I hold a First-Class degree in English Literature, and outside work I coach CrossFit and rugby, applying the same discipline, collaboration, and resilience from sport into my working life.
